Meet Our Implant Specialist, Dr. Ricardo C. Carrillo, DDS!

Dr. Ricardo Carrillo

was born in Lima, Peru, and earned his Bachelor in Dentistry and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the National University of San Marcos in 2005. He pursued advanced training in Endodontics in Peru, Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry at UNINGA in Brazil, and completed an AEGD program at the University of Florida. He also earned an Implant Fellowship through NYU's Linhart Continuing Dental Education Program.

A member of several prestigious dental organizations, including the AACD, ADA, AGD, and AAFE, Dr. Carrillo is also a CDOCS mentor in digital dentistry. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he has practiced dentistry internationally for over 16 years. Now based in Orlando, he leads a modern practice in Winter Garden and Hunters Creek, focusing on comprehensive, tech-driven care that restores healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Carrillo specializes in diagnostics, treatment planning, digital smile design, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and implant placement. Outside the clinic, he enjoys time with his children, Matias and Nicole, traveling, soccer, Peruvian cuisine, and beach outings. He is deeply grateful for life’s blessings and passionate about giving back to his community and patients.
